Lord, you made my child's body, and you know exactly what it needs today. Give them strength when they are tired, healing where it hurts, and deep, restful sleep tonight. Renew them the way you promise to renew those who wait on you. And give me wisdom — to know when to push, when to rest, and when to simply hold them. Thank you for every healthy day you have given us. Amen.
