Father, I place my child in your hands today. You see them everywhere I cannot be — in the classroom, on the playground, on the way home. Stand beside them. Keep danger far from their path, guard their coming and their going, and let them feel safe in your care. When something feels wrong, whisper caution to their heart. Thank you for watching over them even while I sleep. Amen.
